Ezycoat Masonry Sealer may be applied by use of roller or brush. When applied it produces a lightly pigmented membrane which exhibits superior adhesion and sealing properties that allow the wall to transpire naturally whilst preventing any external water penetration. Please contact our offices for an MSDS. On this product.
Prior to the application of the Ezycoat Masonry Sealer, all surfaces must be clean and free of dust or dirt, releasing agents and any loose paint on old surfaces must be removed to guarantee total adhesion between the sealant and the applied surface.
Apply Ezycoat Masonry Sealer using a roller or brush so as to maintain even coverage and allow the surface to stand for approximately 4 hours before proceeding with any subsequent coatings. Ezycoat Masonry Sealer is ideal for the preparation of Ezycoat EzySkim Rendered and Rendered surfaces on which other Ezycoat Texture & paint finishes are to be applied.
